Shoring and Excavation
On August 16, we received municipal approval for the shoring and excavation of the site. You will now see heavy equipment on site to commence the shoring and excavation of the project. It is anticipated that we will have excavated the two levels needed for new construction by late fall at which point we will bring in the crane and expect to be up to ground level by early 2018.
Hoarding and Site Protection
The hoarding is up and now features vintage postcard images of historical High Park along High Park and Quebec Avenues.
Existing Garage Rehabilitation
We have completed the re-waterproofing of the roof of the existing parking garage and new landscaping will follow.
